The New Year is upon us and celebrations are in abundance and I, for one, enjoy my champagne toast at midnight! For those of us that want to keep with the ‘green scene’ on this special occasion might find it difficult to locate organic champagne.

Organic brewing is a process that creates not only a high quality wine/champagne, but a healthier one as well! The vines are grown by using pesticide-free organic gardening techniques, which enhances root growth and creates an active soil life. This process brings out the natural flavor of the grapes and in turn produces a full flavored wine.

Diamond Organics is one such company that uses these techniques and … (wait for it..) they will overnight their product, yes it is true, so, make your toast, and know that you are celebrating the New Year and supporting organic farming in the process!
